Why Diets Make Your Body Weak?

When we diet, what is our purpose? Certainly is to burn fat instead,isnt it? There is one thing here that you must understand. When you say want to burn fat, it means you say “use body fat for energy supply of the body”. Reduce consumption of rice or carbohydrates have one right step. But our mindset is often wrong. When we reduce the consumption of rice, but rice is a carbohydrate which is the main energy source for our body, our body will certainly try to look for alternative energy.In case this is not body fat.
